A tailor-made offer for experts from Romanian Teacher Training Houses, County Centres for Resources and Educational Assistance and County School Inspectorates, responsible for the in-service training of teachers. The aim is to the strengthen the capacity in citizenship human rights education of the participants and their institutions.

It consists of three components:

  • A training of trainers and study visit to Oslo

  • Follow-up meeting in Romania with presentation of results and lessons learned

I have learned how to apply a whole school approach involving all school attendees to develop a democratic and inclusive school environment for the development of democratic governance and I understand the importance of teaching and addressing controversial issues and diversity.
