Valentina Papeikiene

Valentina Papeikiene is responsible for the programme "Practicing Citizenship" which envisages a series of trainings for teachers and education professionals of the Russian Federation.
Papeikiene holds a Master's degree in Business Management of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania, and has long-term experience of managing and facilitating various European mobility and capacity building projects in higher education. Prior to her employment at the EWC, she worked as the Head of International Programmes Group at the International Relations Office of the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania.
