Øystein Skotheim

Øystein Skotheim is an adviser at NOREF Norwegian Centre for Conflict Resolution, where he works on NOREF’s Middle East and North Africa Programme. He holds a Master of Laws and a BA in Asia and Middle East Studies from the University of Oslo.
