Caroline Gebara
Head of Section for Teacher Education and Civil Society
Institutional responsibilities for quality assurance, evaluation & learning. She has long-standing experiences in education, in particular in human rights education. She has managed and been engaged in various capacity building programs in Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East developed under the framework of the League of Arab States, the EU and the Ministry of Development Germany. Her work addressed issues of professional development of educators, youth participation and HRE in post-conflict settings. She is a member of the CoE Consultative Group on HRE for Young People. She holds a MA in Social Science and Human Rights from Berlin University.
