The national networks of practice schools with mentors play a significant role in the project. All new teacher education modules will be emphasizing practice-oriented teaching and the goal is that all students get to spend at least 20% of the course practicing teaching in real-life classrooms.

Practice schools to be part of the network are carefully selected. Schools receiving teacher students within the framework of the project have a genuine interest in focusing on practice-oriented teaching and methods that are promoting democracy and human rights. The mentors within the network will get a unique possibility of sharing of their professional experience as they are provided the opportunity to improve the work of future teachers and having students practicing in the classrooms often serves as an inspiring resource for the entire school.
